Greetings Y’all
That there sunshine has been playing merry hell with our food service! Saturday was our busiest day ever and we stopped food for an hour and a half in order to regroup!! This isnt the norm but I’d rather stop and get things right that blunder on! My point is that when the sun shines- we can be over busy and so occasionally we have to break with tradition and stop serving. I dont like doing it but such is life!!
