Today I met with my good pal, Ed who is a truly awesome pyromaniac- he’s been putting together the firework ‘running order’ and he seems to think we’ll have a good 25 minutes (which normally means 35!) worth of wheeees, bangs, fwings and not forgetting vwaahs. The bonfire is heee-owge and if last years burned for 3 days- this bad boy will burn for a week! It’s all really quite exciting!
We are going to put up a marquee on Monday so that we can serve Mulled wine & beer outside as well as the pig roast and sausages- maybe even some toffee apples… (oooh get us!)
We’ve secured some more parking from Richard, the local farmer so hopefully things will be a little less cramped than last year…
In a nutshell- tell your friends- The Red Lion Hunningham is Two years old next thursday and we’re having a massive bonfire night to celebrate!!!

Congratulations on being 2! For Darren and I, The Red Lion Hunningham is the only pub in a 15 mile radius of Coventry that we frequent because of the welcome, food, service and wine.
